Hi, I'm Lyds! I see you’re interested in commissioning me! I appreciate it and would love if you read over my TOS first before proceeding with your commission request! TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
By requesting a private commission from me, you agree to the following terms:1. all requests are made through ko-fi and must follow their TOS in addition to thIS TOS agreement.
2. all transactions are done through PayPal and must follow their TOS in addition to these TOS agreement.
3. my right to refuse service if I feel the content of your request does not align with what I have publicly stated I am willing to draw (please refer to the Ko-fi commission listing for more information).
4. finished product MAY NOT be fed to AI models or LLM.
5. private commission MAY NOT be used for commercial endeavors. This includes: advertisement, merchandising, marketing, promotional material, use in a monetized video, vtuber assets, etc. If you would like to have art produced for commercial use or are concerned your intended usage of the art produced may be commercial, please contact me via email at [email protected]
6. I retain the rights to the final product(though not the design or intellectual property of the subject drawn) and as such private commission may be posted by me, the artist, to my social media or used as examples for future commission work or use in my portfolio. If you DO NOT WANT YOUR FINISHED PRODUCT PUBLICLY POSTED please request this in the special request box of the commission order on ko-fi.
7. you may request anonymity in relation to the final product being posted to my social media. Please request this in the special request box of the commission order on ko-fi.
8. you may repost the finished artwork to your personal social media, personal website, or use as a banner, icon, avatar etc for any other personal platform WITH CREDIT.
